Hi everyone!

Today I'm going to make one of my favourite dishes: THAI CHICKEN CURRY!!!!!!!!!!!!
But for vegetarians. You're probably wondering how this is possible.Well then, instead of chicken, I am using Quorn, a food that can replace chicken but does not have any meat in it. So if you would like to try it, here is the recipe:

For the rice:
2 cups rice
less than 4 cups water
a knob butter

For the curry:
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1.5cm ginger
1 green chilli
1 can of tinned tomatoes

For the quorn
many quorn chunks
1.5 tble spoon oil

Spices:
1spoon salt
1 spoon tumeric
dash of black pepper
1/4 t -spoon chilli powder
1 spoon coriander powder
1 spoon zera powder

Special equipment:
cooking pot
wooden spoon
blender
rice cooker

1. Blend the onion, garlic, ginger, chilli and tomatoes in the blender.
2. Heat the oil in the pot.
3. Once heated, add the blended curry to the oil along with the salt, tumeric, black pepper, chilli powder, corriander powder and Zera powder.
4. Add the quorn to the curry.
5. Let it cook on the stove for 15 minutes or until quorn is tender.make sure to stir it with a the spoon.
6. In the time the quorn is cooking, cook the rice.
7. Serve the rice with the curry.

Enjoy!
