Fruity kebabs with raspberry purée

Hi everyone!!! Today I REALLY liked the look of a recipe I saw.And the best part is that it is for fruit lovers I.e moi!!😍😋🍉🍇🍒🍓🍎🍋🍊🍌🍰🍡🍏 If you would like to try this fruitastic recipe, here it is: Ingredients: 1 mango peeled and chopped into cubes 1/2 pineapple peeled and chopped into cubes 300g/10.5oz/11/2cups fresh raspberries 1tbsp lemon juice 1tbsp butter 1tsp olive oil 2tbsp icing (confectioners) sugar Method: Skewer the fruit onto wooden kebab sticks. Purée half the raspberries with the lemon juice In a blender. Pour the purée through a sieve, Into a small dipping bowl. Carefully heat the butter and oil in a pan, on a low to medium heat. Cook the kebabs, until lightly browned on both sides. Dust with icing sugar. Serve the kebabs with the raspberry purée to dip in and the rest of the raspberries. Home-made Humas

Hi everyone! Today I will be teaching you how to make humas.As this dish goes really well with  the pitta crisps, it is also part of my new Picnic Range.Why don't you have them together! Here's the recipe: Ingredients: 2 tins chickpeas 5ml lemon-juice pinch salt 1/2 large pot tahini little mint Equipment: blender bowl 1.Drain the chickpeas 2.Pour everything into the bowl. 3.Blend until everything is in the yellow mixture.Make sure that there is not any bits of chickpea which are not blended. Elaine's Pitta crisps

Hi everyone! Today I went to an awesome cookery workshop where I learnt how to cook pitta crisps.(yes someone called Elaine taught me how to make them so this recipe is dedicated to her)All they are, are pitta bread no and more ingredients.They are great for picnics with humus.Why don't you try them: I ngredients: pitta bread olive oil salt Equipment: tray oiled 1.Cut the pitta into quarters 2.Put them on an oiled tray then lightly oil the slices of pitta bread(not too much or they will go soggy) 3.Place them in the oven.After 15 mins, check them.If they are not crunchy and golden brown leave them in until they are.
