Fruity kebabs with raspberry purΓ©e

Hi everyone!!!
Today I REALLY liked the look of a recipe I saw.And the best part is that it is for fruit lovers I.e moi!!πŸ˜πŸ˜‹πŸ‰πŸ‡πŸ’πŸ“πŸŽπŸ‹πŸŠπŸŒπŸ°πŸ‘πŸ
If you would like to try this fruitastic recipe, here it is:
Ingredients:
1 mango peeled and chopped into cubes
1/2 pineapple peeled and chopped into cubes
300g/10.5oz/11/2cups fresh raspberries
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp butter
1tsp olive oil
2tbsp icing (confectioners) sugar

Method:
Skewer the fruit onto wooden kebab sticks.
PurΓ©e half the raspberries with the lemon juice
In a blender. Pour the purΓ©e through a sieve,
Into a small dipping bowl.

Carefully heat the butter and oil in a pan,
on a low to medium heat. Cook the kebabs,
until lightly browned on both sides.
Dust with icing sugar.

Serve the kebabs with the raspberry purΓ©e
to dip in and the rest of the raspberries.
