Elaine's Pitta crisps

Hi everyone!

Today I went to an awesome cookery workshop where I learnt how to cook pitta crisps.(yes someone called Elaine taught me how to make them so this recipe is dedicated to her)All they are, are pitta bread no and more ingredients.They are great for picnics with humus.Why don't you try them:

Ingredients:
pitta bread
olive oil
salt


Equipment:
tray oiled

1.Cut the pitta into quarters
2.Put them on an oiled tray then lightly oil the slices of pitta bread(not too much or they will go soggy)
3.Place them in the oven.After 15 mins, check them.If they are not crunchy and golden brown leave them in until they are.
