vegetable crisps

Hi everyone!
Today I am going to be frying veggie crisps.This dish is healthy but is fried.These are a great way to try the veggies you dislike for the first time.You can add salt or black pepper to it too (seasoning).Now it's your turn to fry some fantastic crisps:

veggies( I recommend: beetroot,carrots,courgette and potatoes)
black pepper or salt
oil

Special equipment:
frying pan

1.Chop the veggies up.
2.Pour a little oil into the frying pan
3.Leave the stove to heat up for 3 mins
4.Place the chopped up veggies in the pan
5.Fry them until they are crisp but not burnt
