Restaurant Food No.2: Starters.

Hi everyone!
Today I will show you how to make the starters I made at my Pop-up restaurant. Starters are a dish that you have before the main so guests shouldn't fill up on them and instead, should fill up on the main course.

Avocado Smoothies:
The recipe for Avocado smoothies can be found on the Cold Appetisers post.

Susannah's Mint and Feta Triangles:
Puff Pastry, Ready-made
mint, finely chopped
This is my menu so now you can have a
sneak-peak at all the latest recipes coming up😉.
1 small tub of feta

1. Leave the puff pastry out for as long as the packet says before rolling out the pastry.
2. While the pastry is cooling down, put the mint in a bowl. Make sure that it is finely chopped before you put it in.
3. Take the feta and crumble it all into crumbs then put it into the bowl with the mint.
4. Mix them both together with your hands.
5. Now that the pastry is done and rolled into a straight square, take a knife, and cut it down-wards then across. You should see little squares.
6. Take a PINCH of the mint and feta and put it the centre of the square. Then fold the corners together to make a triangle. Press down the edges of the shape to help it stick together and press a fork along the edge.
7. Repeat step 6 until all of the pastry is used.
8. Now that everything is done, to cook them, coat them in milk egg.
9. Place them in the oven until they are light golden.
10. Enjoy them while hot!😀😁😄
